It didn’t start with bombs. It wasn’t a war, or an alien invasion, or even a slow burn. It all ended in a series of moans and gleeful bliss.

You are a courier, navigating a fractured, post-collapse United States. Civilization still exists, clinging to life in isolated settlements. Your job is simple on paper: pick up packages, get them where they need to go, and try not to die (or worse) on the way.

Set in a semi-open world inspired by the Fallout series, The Last Courier puts you in the perspective of one of the last remaining couriers: people who maintain the fragile connections between settlements by delivering goods, messages, and sensitive materials.

You’ll travel between hubs like Fort Adams and New Delaware, each with its own economy, culture, and problems. The world is hostile, unpredictable, and filled with people who might help, hinder, or infect you.

Exposure to the B1-X0 virus, through sexual encounters or giving in to new urges, raises your Infection stat. As it rises, your character gradually transforms, unlocking new dialogue options, closing others, and shifting your physical and mental traits to be more and more like the mindless creatures that almost doomed the world.

You're not immune.
You've just been careful.

This is an early build intended as a testbed for systems and design. Expect unfinished paths, placeholder text, and experimental mechanics. It contains explicit adult content and transformation themes focused on identity erosion, loss of agency, and eroticization of the player character.

Pretty good start, will be interesting to see how the world fleshes out. Doesn't seem to be much right now but I'll keep an eye out for updates.

Would be interesting if hitting max infection or something gave you a side objective to spread the virus to as many people as possible, but that may just be my own preference talking. Fair enough if it's not what you're interested in doing.

I'm glad you liked the game so far!

Swapping from the normal game to a "infect everyone" mode was an idea that I floated around, but I had to scrap it because the scope would just be too much. I do still intend to add options for this, such as with the Northern Redoubt, but nothing huge.
